Northern Regional Minister urges opticians to strengthen eye care practice

The Northern Regional Minister, Hon Ali Adolf John, called on the Opticians Association of Ghana to strengthen professional standards and take quality eye care to underserved communities. He spoke at the Association's 13th Annual General Conference and Clinical Workshop in Tamale, in a speech read on his behalf.

What this means for you

There is no new programme or funding announced yet. The event is a call for opticians and government to work together so more people, especially in underserved areas, can get proper eye care.
